Explores business skills, processes, models, and theoretical frameworks used by companies in the development and design of new products and services. Applies the latest thinking in technology and design to innovation strategies. A range of theoretical frameworks in the branding literature will be considered together with a critique of empirical research. Issues covered include: brand equity frameworks, customer-brand relationships, brand strategies and branding applications.
